TECHNOLOGY

Just so you don’t forget that "Star Wars" can also be about gadgets and gizmos, the section on Technology is there to show everything from capital ships to macrobinoculars. The three categories found here are Vehicles, Weapons, and Devices.

Besides finding vehicle schematics and information, the Vehicles section also includes a size-ratio chart. The first thing one sees is the two Death Stars side by side, showing how much larger the second one was over the first. Down in a corner is a blip - that blip is a Super Star Destroyer that looks like a fly in comparison to an elephant. Click on the Star Destroyer and you can see how much bigger it is to the Imperial class Star Destroyer, and so on.

Let's see...this means that KJA's next Death Star is HOW big?

On the wings of a Falcon...

The other great section is the Millennium Falcon walkthrough. It’s a three dimensional tour of the Falcon, beginning in the cockpit and progressing through the corridors and into the main hold.

The Weapons section explains everything from the thermal detonator to the ground-based ion cannon. The details include the model name, manufacturer, and in the event you want to start your own arms dealing business, the price. For only 300 to 1000 credits, the Blas-Tech DL44 can be yours! But before you buy, you may want to check out the merchandise. A weapons testing section allows you to take the destructive power of your choice for a test-drive. Just point and shoot at the hapless stormtrooper in Testing Bay 94. Don’t worry when you hit your target, another one is automatically dropped into place for the next test.

LOCATIONS

Highlighted here are the planets known from the films, and some from the novels and comics. A map of the galaxy is provided, along with a chart showing the distances between planets when traveling through hyperspace. Also included are tidbits about the locations used for filming, from London to California to Tunisia.
