Dear Sir or Madam:

We are contacting you on behalf of eFront Media ("Company").   On March 6
2001, a computer intrusion
occurred which resulted in individuals obtaining proprietary information
from Company information systems which may have been edited, manipulated,
and posted on the Web in such a way to cause defamation and irreparable
harm.  The unauthorized break-in and continued distribution and
dissemination of this data violates the Federal wiretapping statues.  The
FBI office of Orange County is currently investigating this electronic
break-in and subsequent distribution.  Certain individuals who have
perpetrated this crime have been identified and attempts to identify all
parties is underway.  We will seek full prosecution under the law

We have learned that your service is offering this proprietary information
as well as direct links to files on other Internet
sites containing this proprietary information.  We have a good faith belief
that the you are aware of the illegal intrusion that resulted in this data
being obtained.  We assert that the information in this notification is
accurate, based upon the data available to us.

Due to the criminal investigation that is underway, we are asking for your
immediate assistance in stopping this unauthorized activity.  Specifically,
we request that you remove the data and the infringing links from your
system and that you inform the site operator and the source of your data of
the illegality of his or her conduct.  In addition, we are requesting that
you shut down the entire forum for Efront, due to the criminal investigation
and the illegal actions that have been conducted with the reading and
gathering of such materials.

You should understand that this letter constitutes notice to you that this
site and its owners, site operators, moderators, editors, and distributors
may be liable for the infringing activity.  This letter does not constitute
a waiver of any right to pursue criminal prosecution or recover damages
incurred by virtue of any such unauthorized activities, and such rights as
well as claims for other relief are expressly retained.
